ACTIVATE A STAGING COPY OF YOUR WEBSITE
When a website is hosted on to a dedicated instance, customers can activate a staging slot, that is a working copy of that website which is completely independent from the main one. This staging copy can be used to perform changes, upgrade a CMS or whatever is needed while the main website is still online. Once satisfied witht the changes, customer can switch live traffic from the online copy to the staging one without any downtime. By the default, this service includes no e-mails. That is because many of our customers want a package to host their websites that do not require e-mail services so we are providing more flexibility. Other customers want to de-couple their websites from their e-mail services so they are not required to manage them as a unit, for example when moving a website from a dedicated or virtual server to the Cloud Hosting service. During the order phase, e-mail services can be added as an option. This service can support standard or enterprise mail services provided by VaiSulWeb or Microsoft Office365.
TRIAL ACCOUNTS LIMITATIONS
CLOUD HOSTING TRIAL ACCOUNTS ARE LIMITED IN PERFORMANCES
We designed our trial accounts so that our customers can try all of the features of this service. The only feature that is not available with trial accounts is distribution slots since they require a website to be hosted on a dedicated instance. However, please note that trial accounts have limited performances so they should only be used to validate your website or app compatibility with the Cloud Hosting service, not its performances.
