Sharing your files has never been so easy, yet so secure ! Share files in your personal or team folders with your colleagues or with external users (up to 3 per account). Set up passwords to protect shared file and automatically have such shared assets expire after a pre-determined period so you will never forget them, possibly leaking data. Generate public links to send via e-mail instead of those unwanted and unwelcomed big mail attachments. Do you need someone to send a file to you ? Use our “Request file” functionality to let your user upload it exactly where you need it.

MALWARE AND RANSOMWARE PROTECTION

ROGUE ACCESS LESS LIKELY WITH ADVANCED FEATURES

Storing your files in the cloud makes it less likely for malware and ransomware to access your files. When connection is not established, a rogue process cannot access your files in the cloud, plus VaiSulWeb TeamShare Services employ a heuristic technique to detect ransomware. Group Policies allow to set a threshold to detect changes that cannot possibly be made by humans while versioning and Recycle Bin support allow to recover a previous version of a file or a deleted file. Group Policies are used to set retention time for recycle bin and the number of versions for a single file that will be kept.
