Powerful calendaring and scheduling

alendaring and scheduling is now both powerful and easy to use. Scheduling automatically detects conflicts for attendees or conference room before the invitation is sent. Business and personal calendars can be shared with others, for example assistants, to improve efficiency.
Users will be able to create multiple sets of items, for example multiple calendars, notes or tasks in order to separate personal and business elements while always having all the information they need. Calendars can also display tasks start and end date, hightlight business hours and much more.
